The 6th Annual Fargo Marathon is in full effect this weekend in Fargo, ND. Festivities start up Friday and continue throughout Saturday evening. The runs start in front of the Fargodome and end inside of it (except the 5K). Listen to this edition of Access Health and hear what it takes to prepare an event like this, plus some tips on how to start training for a 5K, 10K, half marathon or full marathon!
